Join us as we kick off our 2021 season of "A Land Ethic Workshop". This free, introductory program will be held entirely online and is perfect for anyone with an interest in conservation and a desire to develop a better understanding of the natural world outside their own front door. Join instructor Ron Cisar as we introduce participants to our 10-month long programming series, "A Land Ethic Workshop". Our free, online, introductory session kicks off with a look at how one oak affects the biological community, an exploration of the ecological significance of Iowa's Loess Hills landform, and an introduction to conservationist Aldo Leopold and his "Land Ethic". This program is free for all attendees and is intended for participants age 14 and over with an interest in the natural world, no experience or prior knowledge is required to participate.
