Join us Tuesday, August 16th at 7:00 p.m. for the fourth hike of the 2022 Hitch Hike series! Meet up with the group at the Old Lincoln Highway Deck at the Hitchcock Nature Center Campground to begin this walk down Hohneke Trail to Oak Avenue and Bunker Hill Loop. Explore the northern section of the park and view a remnant of the original Old Lincoln Highway. Pre-registration is not required for this event, although free-will donations will be gratefully accepted and used to fund additional free and low-cost public programming at your county parks. Participants must purchase a $5.00 per vehicle daily pass with exact change or check at the front gate paybox, or have a valid Pottawattamie Conservation Membership to enter the park.
