The Winter Festival is still on but with some modifications to keep the community safe! During this drive-by event, Santa and his helpers will be giving gifts in the parking lot to all Carter Lake children 12 and under as they drive through in their vehicles. (You must enter the parking lot from 11th and K Street).
All families must remain in their cars. Masks are required for everyone over the age of 2.
