Macedonia Historical Preservation Society is hosting a get-together and inviting the public to share how farming, farm life, and agriculture has changed over the years. Guests are encouraged to bring old pictures, items, and stories for a fun afternoon of sharing and reminiscing! Did you trade eggs and cream for credit at the local mercantile? Did you trade a spotted pony for a hog feeder? Did you walk behind a horse to plow or drive a two-row corn picker that was mounted on your tractor? Old diaries and oral history will make for an interesting afternoon! Even if you aren't sharing a story or item you can come and listen to the fun! The event is free and open to the public.
